In the beginning, things were weird— Because of course they were!

and I have no desire to change this.

My username is Crabilouse. It’s simply the name of a "Crab Louse" with an "i" stuck in the middle. For those who don't know—and I’m sorry in advance—a Crab Louse is "an insect that is an obligate ectoparasite of humans, feeding exclusively on blood... usually found in a person's pubic hair."

I now go by "Crab," "Louse," or "Crabilouse." The names originated from a conversation with my friend at the time, Justin H., who told me my curly, blondish hair reminded him of one. This, of course, begs the question of how he knew what those were at age eight... but we may never know.
